Okay so we did it!
We put the house on the market, and after about 1 hour had our first viewing - there is of course more to the story than that, but hey, lets just let it run

I have to say the photos they took look awesome, might make an offer myself
Anyway, lets hope things move quickly, not that we want to move, in fact most of our neighbours are begging us to stay - which is nice
